Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall have shared a video montage, featuring a sweet clip of the pair dancing together.

The video was posed to the official Clarence House instagram page yesterday (29 April) to honour International Dance Day.

The montage contained clips of dancers from all over the world in performances witnessed by the royals some of their many official visits.

The post explained, “Around the world and across the UK, The Prince and The Duchess have enjoyed watching performers show off their best dance moves - and on occasion, joined in themselves!”

The final shot in the clip is a sweet moment of Prince Charles and Camilla dancing together, smiling, during one of their visits, as the crowd watches on.

Prince Charles and Camilla have a number of patronages to dance organisations, including the Royal Opera House, Scottish Ballet and the Royal Academy of Dance.

The Duchess is also a patron of the Book Trust, a patronage she inherited from Prince Philip. Camilla runs her own books series known as the The Duchess of Cornwall’s Reading Room.

Camilla honoured her late father in law, Prince Philip by dedicating her second series of The Reading Room in his memory.

In an official post to launch the series, she said; “As Patron of BookTrust, which I inherited from my late father-in-law His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, I would like to dedicate the next series of my Reading Room to him, in memory of a great fellow reader.”
