Joe Swash has revealed when he and Stacey Solomon are planning to get married, although he may be in trouble as a result.

The pair, who announced their engagement last year after Joe popped the question on Christmas Eve, are due to tie the knot in July.

However, while both appearing on Wednesday's (April 28) Loose Women, Joe appeared to accidentally let slip exactly the exact date the nuptials will take place on, much to Stacey's annoyance.

"Are we allowed to say? I never know, are we allowed to say?" he asked his fiancée, to which she joked: "You wouldn't even know the date either."

Joe then revealed: "The date is the last Sunday in July."

"Oh my God!" Stacey interjected. "Oh my God, why did I bring you here? Fantastic."

However, fellow presenters Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes assured Stacey and Joe that they would be free that day.

The news comes after Stacey recently admitted that she wished she'd sorted the wedding venue for her and Joe's new home of Pickle Cottage.

Sharing a picture of her new garden, Stacey said on Instagram: "I'll never not get massive butterflies when I walk down here. Little pathway I'll never take you for granted I promise.

"Lots of you saying we should get married here. I bloody wish, we already booked our venue before we knew about pickle cottage and I'm sure we'd need a special licence or something."

Loose Women airs on weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
