The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge gushed over a sweet koala joey on a video call this week, as they spoke to members of the small community of Kangaroo Island in Australia to hear about the devastating impact of the bushfires earlier this year.

In a clip shared on the couple's official Instagram account, @KensingtonRoyal, Will and Kate cooed over baby Grace, as she appeared on screen in the arms of her carer.

"She looks very well looked after. Grace looks like she has a very nice life out there!" added William.

The couple also spoke to residents whose businesses had been affected by the fires, which led to a very sweet moment between the royal couple...

As one responder explained how his wife had stepped in to look after his business during the emergency, Will told him with a smile, "Good pair of hands helping you out, Mike, which is important." He turned to look adoringly at Kate as he said this, who laughed happily.

The Duchess looked stunning as always, brightening things up in a short sleeved yellow dress, which appears to be the Dolce & Gabbana pencil dress she previously wore to Wimbledon in 2018.
