Like many of us, Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha has been enjoying a staycation in England this summer, in place of a holiday abroad.

The star took some time off work to spend a few days at the sunny seaside in Cornwall with her family.

Fans were delighted when the presenter gave them a sneak peek into her summer holiday, posting sweet photos of her with her husband Mark on Instagram.

Nadia told fans the pair "already laughed and played more than we have in a long time!" and the holiday was "a much needed break that we feel so grateful for".

She added: "Staycations are pretty damn cool . This country of ours has so many beautiful places to visit and @mark_adderley intend to see a lot more of them!"

Mark also shared some snaps from their trip on his social media account, including a gorgeous photo of Nadia at the harbour and one of the couple on the beach.
