Gavin & Stacey fans have a reason to be happy as Nessa has issued some quality advice to us all during the coronavirus-caused lockdown.
Ruth Jones, who co-wrote the super-popular BBC comedy series and also played Stacey's straight-talking best mate Nessa, has brought back the iconic character to give us a little speech about the current situation.
Jones' husband David Peet shared the gift with us on Twitter, writing: "Guess who turned up! Please feel free to share if you think it helps".
The genius clip sees 'Nessa', complete with black bob and dragon tattoo, ask us once again "What's occurrin?", before answering her own question in typical Nessa style with: "Not a lot other than a global pandemic but the question was rhetorical".
She goes on to say that she's "not here to give advice", explaining: "It's your life and I am not about to tell you how to live it. I wouldn't do that to no one. I wouldn't even tell myself how to live my life."
But there is one thing she wants you to know, particularly if you live in her Welsh hometown of Barry Island.
"If you sees me in the mornings doing my daily run, my half marathon around Barry, don't even think about breaking that two-metre rule, cause if you does I will not hesitate to tell you quite clearly to back off," she continues.
"Cause at the end of the day when all's said and done, no word of a lie, if truth be told, just because you don't feel ill don't mean you're not infectious."
But she ended the message on an upbeat note, saying: "Stay safe, stay out of my way and protect the NHS, obviously, goes without saying."

Fans were absolutely loving their new glimpse at Nessa, with one calling the video "well lush" and another commenting: "Rate how she just has the wig, clothes and tattoo knocking about at home for any necessary moment".
After hearing all of Nessa's favourite phrases again we're feeling very nostalgic – so it's a good thing that the BBC is currently repeating Gavin and Stacey every Saturday.
Gavin & Stacey re-runs air on Saturdays at 8.15pm on BBC One.
