Note: This article contains spoilers for Liar series 2, episode 1.
It's been three years since Liar left our screens, but the ITV drama finally returned for its second series last night (March 2) and at last we'll get to know what happened to Andrew Earlham before his death – and who killed him.
Just to jog your memory, series one centred on whether Andrew (Ioan Gruffudd) or Laura Nielson (Joanne Froggatt) was telling the truth after Laura reported that she was raped by Andrew and he denied it.
We then found out that Laura had been telling the truth and that Andrew had a history of attacking women – before the final episode ended with Andrew's body being discovered on the Kent marshes, having had his throat slit.
And in tonight's series two premiere, the hunt for Andrew's killer began.
Although there are quite a few suspects in the frame, it was Laura who ended up getting arrested by new DI Karen Renton (Katherine Kelly), the highly-motivated homicide detective leading the investigation into Andrew's murder.
While we don't know whether Laura had anything to do with Andrew's death, and she definitely protested her innocence, Karen was trying to steer her off-balance to get more info out of her.
But as we finally saw what at least partly happened in Andrew's last moments, it was a call with his friend Oliver that got viewers speculating.
Andrew begged Oliver to get a bag from the hospital which contained money, his passport and car keys. Oliver objected, but Andrew reminded him that he'd done something for him (whatever that might be, we'll no doubt find out soon).
We then saw Oliver hunt for the items, but he accidentally dropped the keys while leaving the hospital, and then in the present day, we saw that they were inside Laura's bedroom drawer.
And in another flashback, and a rather huge plot twist, it was hospital worker (and Laura's sister) Katy who initially found the keys on the staff room floor.
So, some viewers think Katy either framed Laura for the murder, or could even be Andrew's true killer herself...
