With Strictly Come Dancing not due to crank up again until later in the year, the BBC hasn't given any concrete details about the 2020 series. Head Judge, Shirley Ballas, does appear to have potentially let slip an unofficial detail, though.
Shirley took to social media to announce that she will be taking part in the show again this year and mentioned her fellow judge Motsi Mabuse in the post.
"So excited to be returning to Strictly Come Dancing," Shirley wrote in her tweet. "This truly is an honour and in an industry of dance I love. I'm so very very excited. #gratitude @bbcstrictly @MOTSI_MABUSE with my girl," Shirley said on Twitter.
Shortly after she posted the tweet, it was deleted, suggesting the BBC isn't in a position to announce firm details about Strictly 2020 just yet.
A spokesperson for the show declined to comment when Good Housekeeping contacted them.
The series begins in earnest in late summer/ early autumn, so we probably shouldn't expect too many announcements from the BBC in relation to casting in the immediate future.
However, it would be fair to assume the judging panel will be the same as in 2019, with Shirley Ballas, Bruno Tonioli, Craig Revel Horwood and the newest addition of Motsi Mabuse.
Motsi has become a firm favourite with fans thanks to her warmth and humour, so it certainly would be a surprise for her or any of the other judges to leave the panel.
This story isn't the only Strictly rumour to hit the headlines in recent weeks. At the National Television Awards, pro dancer Anton Du Beke said he hopes producers bring back injured 2019 contestant Jamie Laing. Could it be a hint we will see the reality star strutting his stuff after being forced to pull out last series?
For now, we'll have to wait and see...
Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One.
