Strictly Come Dancing's Giovanni Pernice and Ashley Roberts have ended their two-year relationship.
Announcing the news on his Twitter account, the 29-year-old professional dancer wrote: "@ImAshleyRoberts and I have made the decision to separate as a couple."
Giovanni added that he and the Pussycat Dolls star are on good terms. "We remain friends and wish each other well for the future," he concluded.
Ashley has yet to make a public comment about the break-up on her own social media platforms.
Giovanni and Ashley, 39, met on the BBC dance series back in 2018, and have been together ever since.
The Strictly pro confirmed that he and Ashley were an item during an appearance on Lorraine in early 2019, acknowledging that the two of them had recently been on holiday together.
"We have, yes," he told host Lorraine Kelly. "We spent time together, yes."
After Lorraine wished him good luck with the blossoming relationship, Giovanni replied: "Thank you, thank you."
