Former Strictly Come Dancing star Gemma Atkinson took to social media this week to give fans an update on her daughter Mia.
The actress revealed the little one has started weaning and is even sleeping alone in her own room.
In an adorable video of the pair on Instagram, Gemma said: "So we started weaning a few days ago, didn't we? And she went into her own bedroom a few nights ago, and you did so good."
Gemma went on to tell fans that she and partner Gorka hardly slept, worried about their daughter sleeping alone but that she was absolutely fine.
The radio host gave fans a run down of Mia's weaning experience, revealing she's avoided giving her daughter anything sweet to start with. Instead, the mum has stuck to baby rice and milk with a little banana.
Gemma and Gorka, who met while on Strictly Come Dancing in 2017, welcomed their first child together last year. Finishing her maternity leave this week, Gemma returned to her day job Hits Radio.
In an Instagram post of her and co-host Wes, Gemma wrote: "First day back at work Instagram VS reality 😂 I’m officially back on @hitsradiouk on our new drive time show! Myself and @wesbutters will be getting you home from work weekdays 4pm to 7pm!"
