Strictly's Neil tells Alex Scott to "go away" in new mic audio

Strictly Come Dancing has released its latest batch of microphone clips from last weekend's (November 23) dances, and it seems Neil Jones had yet another funny comment for Alex Scott.

During their Argentine Tango to 'Never Tear Us Apart', it seems Neil wanted the pair to literally be torn apart, at least for one move.

"Go away," he said under his breath as they performed a move that saw Alex briefly take a step back.

Well, we suppose that's a more straightforward instruction than "bouncy castle", which Neil said to Alex during their Jive to 'Let's Twist Again' earlier this month.

Meanwhile, last weekend saw fans say goodbye to Saffron Barker and AJ Pritchard after they became the latest pair to be eliminated from the competition.

However, AJ has since hit back at the judges for their criticism of Saffron, saying: "I didn't see any of them 'technical issues'. I'm going to throw it out there.

"They were saying sickled feet, I didn't see that in any of the steps. Obviously, the five from Craig [Revel Horwood], I was like, 'Oh Jesus!' I took that one to heart. The sevens, I'll take. A seven's good. It's a hard dance…

"For me, to come out there and have that positivity that Saffron had, I saw the mental determination of Saffron, that she could be in the final. She could create her own routines. For me, she is the winner of 2019, hands down."
