The Great British Bake Off featured every baker's worst nightmare on tonight's episode (September 24).
During the Signature Challenge, contestants' first task was to prepare a classic custard tart.
But it wasn't a lucky day for 28-year-old Rosie as shortly after baking her dessert, her dream pie turned into a horror story.
Rosie was trying to move her finished custard tart when she sadly dropped it on the floor!
"I don't think there's a possibility of anything going any worse in my life right now," Rosie said.
Judge Prue Leith insisted that the flavour of the surviving tart was "delicious", but Rosie later complained: "I despise pastry and I despise custard."
People watching at home were just as shocked about Rosie's unlucky mishap.

Elsewhere on Tuesday's episode, the Signature task turned out much better for David, who received a Hollywood Handshake for his tart.
As for the show's last challenge, the Showstopper, Steph got crowned Star Baker for creating a two-tiered prohibition-inspired cake, flavoured in her favourite cocktail Pina Colada.
But sadly, Michelle and Helena were this week's contestants who we said goodbye to, with many viewers complaining about the double elimination.
