Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield are marking 10 years as a mainstay of daytime TV together on This Morning.
However, they probably weren't expecting a surprise from two rather familiar faces as they celebrated the anniversary today (September 5)... And to get the rest of the show off!
As the two were presenting outside the studio, Ant & Dec marched in and ordered everyone to stop – which left Holly and Phil surprised as they were expecting to see the pair in a VT.
"You're probably wondering why we've gatecrashed your lovely This Morning... We've got a little surprise for you," Ant told them.
"I don't know if you realise, but it was 10 years ago that a fresh-faced Holly Willoughby joined a certain silver fox on the This Morning sofa for the very first time," Dec added.
Ant continued: "And the stars aligned, and a decade on mornings without Phillip and Holly would be like fish without chips.
"It would be like ice cream without jelly... It would be Tom without Jerry... We could go on but we haven't got time," the pair joked, revealing that Holly and Phil wouldn't need their scripts for the rest of the show as they were taking over.
And take over they did, as they gathered everyone back in the studio and went through some of the pair's highlights over the years – not least favourite guest Miriam Margolyes, who even live linked in.
This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10.30am.
