A first trailer has been released for the highly-anticipated festive romcom Last Christmas, an extravaganza scripted by Emma Thompson and husband Greg Wise, starring Game of Thrones' Emilia Clarke and Crazy Rich Asians' Henry Golding, and themed around the music of George Michael.
The movie is centred on Clarke's character Kate, an aspiring singer working as an elf in a seasonal pop up store in London. After a few seemingly chance encounters with a soup kitchen volunteer called Tom, the pair become friends.

Last Christmas: What's it about?
The trailer shows Kate and Tom becoming friends, as he helps her regain her confidence and sense of stability after a near-death experience.
The plot is intertwined with the music of George Michael, as he's Kate's hero.
Director Paul Feig told BBC News the iconic music "sort of travels with her as she goes through her life."
An unreleased track, that's almost six minutes long, will feature.
"[George Michael] was putting together his new album when he passed... and one of our tracks is one of those songs, and it's just an absolutely amazing song that I'm so excited the world is going to get to hear now," Feig said.
"It's a very celebratory song, I would dare say. And we were able to play the entire song, which is almost six minutes long, in the film."
Last Christmas: Who's in it?
As well as Clarke and Golding, the film stars Emma Thompson as the former's mother. Crazy Rich Asians' Michelle Yeoh is Clarke’s boss and Lydia Leonard stars as her sister Marta.
Last Christmas: When's it out?
