Prince George and Princess Charlotte were on top form on a family day out, as their parents competed in a charity regatta.
The Duke and Duchess were taking part in the King's Cup Regatta around the Isle of Wight yesterday (Thursday 8 August), and just because the royal kids weren't competing, that didn't mean they were missing out.
George and Charlotte were watching on from another boat with grandparents Carol and Michael Middleton, and they were clearly having lots of fun.
George donned a captain’s hat for the occasion and looked like he was having a great time on the waves.
Charlotte showed off her cheeky side - photographs show the little one sticking her tongue out as mum Kate enjoyed spectating the day’s events.
Sadly for the Duchess, she didn’t win the race she was involved with and was jokingly handed a customary large wooden spoon.
“It’s the taking part that counts,” Kensington Palace joked, sharing an image of the Duchess.
