The X Factor presenter Dermot O'Leary has just announced his new podcast – a brand new series of interviews with big name celebrities.
Digital Spy has revealed that the TV star, who returns to a revamped X Factor in the autumn, is set to host a new hour-long, weekly show called People, Just People.
In the series from Audible, launching this autumn, Dermot will conduct "thought-provoking interviews with remarkable individuals from all walks of life", such as Fleabag's Andrew Scott and former Labour Party leader Ed Miliband.
"I'm thrilled to finally announce this podcast – it's something we've been working on for some time now," Dermot said.
"Named after the legendary Howard Cosell's warm-up for Frank Sinatra's Madison Square Garden concert in 1974, People, Just People is born out of curiosity to find out more about the lives of individuals I greatly admire, how they got to where they did, the highs and lows that shaped that journey, and what they've learned along the way."
Dermot added: "It's basically a fire side, pub chat – I hope everyone enjoys listening to it as much as we did making it."
The podcast will debut with a live interview with producer John Lloyd (Blackadder, QI) at Wilderness Festival at the Audible Live Stage on August 3.
Meanwhile, back in June Dermot confirmed his involvement in this year's X Factor, which is returning for an all-stars and celebrity series.
"Nothing surprises me particularly because the show never rests on its laurels," he said. "There's always an evolution every year.
"As someone that's been there a very long time, it takes up a great part of my year, and I have a great fondness for it. I love it. You see so many changes down the years, you're never really surprised.
"The chats I have had with the team [about the format change], everyone's pretty excited about it."
People, Just People will launch on Audible this autumn.
