Bruno Tonioli is making us all nostalgic for the old days of Strictly Come Dancing with a throwback Instagram picture from 12 years ago.

The TV star shared a hilarious photo of the Strictly judging panel from way back in 2007 – and it's a serious blast from the past.

The snap features two of our favourite Strictly faces: Len Goodman and Arlene Phillips, both of whom have since retired from the show, along with current judges Bruno and Craig Revel Horwood.

All four are holding up the famous Strictly scoring paddles – and some of Bruno's 183,000 followers were quick to joke about how young they all look.

Bruno captioned the photo: "I wanted to share some of the very early pics from@bbcstrictly...12 yrs ago, we have ALL come such a long way! Life changing for me and I have so many fun memories having met some incredible people along the way #history #dreambig #funtimes #strictly".

The BBC dancing competition started in 2004. Head judge Len retired in 2016 and was replaced by Shirley Ballas, while Arlene shimmied on to something new way back in 2008. Alesha Dixon took her place for one series, followed by Darcey Bussell who announced her retirement from the show earlier this year. She will be replaced by Motsi Mabuse.
