Christmas has already arrived in Martine McCutcheon's house and although it may still only be November, we have to admit, it's getting us in the festive spirit too. Taking to Instagram, the Love Actually star shared a video of herself getting her house Christmas-ready.
Telling her followers she was going "all things John Lewis" this year, the mum-of-one revealed that its the first Christmas she's spending in her new home.
Captioning the video, she wrote: "This is our very first Christmas in our new house! We are very excited! Whilst we still have some work to do, I was so thrilled that I could still make our home look simple, classic but very beautiful for the festive season with all things @johnlewis."
Starting with the all-important Christmas tree, Martine picked a chic white and silver colour scheme for this year's decorations. The tree was adorned with a mix of statement paper snowflakes and intricately painted glass baubles.

Showing her followers exactly how to create the perfect festive tablescape too, the ex-Eastenders actress laid the table with understated yet still Christmassy wear. She opted for gold-gilt plates, etched crystal glass champagne, a fun gold star candle stick holder and a chic white berry Christmas garland.
Not just the house that was grabbing attention, Martine's fans were loving her demure brown silk dress too.
