Alex Jones looked stunning in a blue floral midi dress at the RHS Chelsea Flower show yesterday afternoon (20 September) before returning from maternity leave to present a one-off episode of The One Show.
The presenter attended this year's event to open the The BBC One Show and RHS Garden of Hope during the first day of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
The garden has been created especially for the show and Alex Jones joined fellow presenters Jermaine Jenas and Ronan Keating to introduce the final display. You can see Alex in the garden on the Good Housekeeping Instagram story.
The trio were joined by designer Arit Anderson to introduce the space, “which has been designed to illustrate how growing plants helps provide hope for the future.”
Prince Edward and Sophie Wessex attended the Chelsea Flower Show along with Princess Anne, and Alex was snapped chatting to the Earl of Wessex alongside fellow presenter Ronan Keating.
Alex wore a stunning turquoise dress by Cefinn, which is available to buy online for £250.

In a post on social media just after the garden's reveal, Alex said she was, “zooming now to BBC HQ to present tonight. Dipping my toe back for one night only but will we make it on time??!! London traffic is against us but crossing my fingers that I’ll be on that green sofa at 7pm.”
On her Instagram stories over the weekend, Alex revealed she had been to visit the garden ahead of the show opening to the press yesterday (20 September) and before opening to the public, from today (21 September).
Alex and husband Charlie welcomed Annie three weeks ago. She is the couple’s third child and first girl. Alex also has two older sons Teddy and Kit who are now big brothers to the new arrival.
