If smelling like a fresh and floral fruit garden is exactly the vibe you're going for this summer, you're in luck because Diptyque has just dropped a gorgeous new collection for 2025, and it features some incredible scents and unique illustrations.
Perhaps the most exciting product in the new collection is their foray into a summer advent calendar. Yes, it's a thing! And this one certainly rivals the brands Christmas version - and all other brands to be fair.
Diptyque's 'first taste of summer' collection is inspired by a fruit garden in full bloom. Heady and intoxicating, and almost good enough to eat, with scents capturing the essence of fresh and vibrant ingredients such as lemongrass, geranium, fig leaf, cypress, bitter orange, lemon and peppermint. The hardest part is knowing which ingredient you want to smell like the most..🍋🍃
Our newest summer essential is going to be their brand new advent calendar gift box, featuring 10 scented staples to see you through the warmer months. Inside you'll find a beautiful selection of products, illustrated by artist Marie-Victoire de Bascher which evokes a lush harvest of sunny, summer fruits in the garden. Not to mention the box it comes in is a collectible for years to come.
Also new in the range is their uplifting fragrance called L'Eau des Hespérides, an eau de toilette with notes of bitter orange, lemon, peppermint and immortelle (which is a complex blend of honey, honey and warm spices). In Greek mythology, the Hesperides kept a garden of "golden apples," and citrus fruits, and this is what inspired the lively illustrations on this limited edition fragrance. It's fresh from the citrus with an intense yet elegant spicy note.
There's also a beautiful Lemongrass & Geranium summer body spray, infused with essential oils and eucalyptus (perfect for warding off mosquitos), and a Lemongrass & Geranium hand and body gel to invigorate your bathroom with the wonderful scent (and not to mention make your hands and body smell divinely fresh).
And finally, a product we personally have at home (albeit a smaller version), Diptyque make some gorgeous accessories for their candles, and these whimsical and clever carousels that sit atop a lit candle is a chic addition to any home.
This brand-new version is designed for extra large candles, and now i'm trying to think where in the house I have space to fit this. Watching it spin from the heat of the flame is pure magic, just like everything else Diptyque does...🪄
