Sugar has been linked to facial ageing, so avoid fruit juice, smoothies, and cloudy lemonade, ginger beer and elderflower - which can contain over six teaspoons a serving. Diet drinks may feed sugar cravings, so whiz up green juice (green veg, cucumber and lime) or buy a blend like apple, kale and mint.
