The Ancestry website reads: "Your DNA can reveal your ethnic mix and ancestors you never knew you had—places and people deep in your past where records can't always take you."
The DNA kit is easy to use and simply asks the user to deposit a sample of saliva into the tube provided, before sending it off to be tested. After three to five weeks, the user will be able to login to an online account and see their results. They will include:
