Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin

From award winning Aussie producer, Four Pillars, Olive Leaf took five years to master this savoury gin — but, as they say, good things come to those who wait.

Wildcat Bramble Blackberry Flavoured Gin
Score: 85/100
Wildcat gets its name from the unusual addition of cat’s claw — a woody vine found in the tropical jungles of South and Central America. With initial hints of blackberries and raspberries, fading to dried grape and red cherry, it’s seriously smooth.
Of all the flavoured gins our panel tasted, this was the sweetest, but refrained from being sickly. A little goes a long way, so you could use it as you would a liqueur, either in a cocktail or with tonic.

Our panel was impressed with the intense aromas at play in this herbaceous gin. Expect notes of freshly cut grass, lemongrass and basil, with some lighter vegetal fennel to finish. This one is delicious topped with tonic and fresh basil for aperitivo hour.

The Cotswolds Distillery Wildflower Gin

Taking inspiration from its idyllic countryside setting, the Cotswolds Distillery uses its London Dry as a base and infuses it with delicate wildflowers, orange and rhubarb. The result? An impressively smooth spirit with lavender, cornflower and fresh coriander at the fore.
Tarquin's British Blackberry Gin

Our panel deemed Tarquin’s British Blackberry Gin the perfect component for a stripped back bramble (simply mix with lemon juice, sugar syrup, crushed ice and garnish with blackberry and a lemon twist).
It’s full of jammy berry sweetness — akin to a quality jam or sloe gin — with a spicier backbone of black pepper, juniper, and cinnamon.
