Nothing beats a lazy start to the weekend and that's why brunch is our favourite treat. It's also a great excuse to eat your favourite foods.

Some of our favourite brunch recipes include waffles covered in maple syrup, fluffy French toast served with a blueberry compote and peppered mackerel kedgeree.

Whether it's eggs you fancy, fluffy pancakes or even a bacon topped Bloody Mary, we've got you covered.

If you're going for a classic like eggs benedict for the first time (and you won't be disappointed) there are a couple of things you may want to know about before you begin, such as mastering the perfect poached egg and how to make homemade hollandaise sauce (totally worth it by the way).
