our favourite mushroom recipes to try

Mushrooms are the top vegetable to eat right now. Not only do they have many health benefits, are a fantastic meat substitute owing to their meaty like texture, but they're also great for the planet and so in turn great for us.

Some of our top highlights below include the enoki miso ramen which heroes all the wonderful flavours and textures of mushrooms and our wild mushroom and mortadella pizza bianca that takes just 30min to make. If you're looking to take your mushrooms outside and cook them on the BBQ, then we couldn't recommend our oyster mushroom shawarma more.

There are so many wonderful mushroom varieties out there, so get searching and start experimenting in the kitchen!
