Our new King, King Charles III's Coronation will take place on May 6th 2023 at Westminster Abbey. To celebrate, a national bank holiday on 8 May 2023 has been announced, and the 3 day weekend promises to be filled with plenty of celebrations and hopefully some sunshine too!
What better way to celebrate, than with cakes and bakes. From delicious loaf cakes, from lemon drizzle to strawberry streusel, to large tiered celebration cakes adorned with geodes or soaked in Prosecco syrup, there's a bake for everyone.
