Ingredients
- 150 g
(5oz) frozen berries, plus extra kept whole
- 125 g
(4oz) icing sugar
Juice of 3 limes
- 50 ml
(2 fl oz) white rum
- 350 ml
water
Directions
- Step 1
In a blender, whiz all the ingredients, except for the extra berries, together. Divide among 10 x 75ml/3fl oz) ice lolly moulds – the mixture shouldn’t fill moulds completely.
- Step 2
Press a few frozen berries into each mould. Cover with mould lid and insert sticks. Freeze until solid. To serve, remove from freezer 10-15min before lifting out...
