Watch Wimbledon with our 3-ingredient strawberries and cream daiquiri recipe in your hand 🍸🍓
This easy cocktail is the perfect nod to Wimbledon's favourite sweet treat.

Summer has many things to celebrate, but our favourite time of year is when Wimbledon starts! For us, it signifies we're in the height of summer, we have lots of amazing strawberries to eat (a particularly good crop this year) and we can watch our favourite sport on TV.
This delicious strawberries and cream daiquiri recipe is so easy to make - it came together in about 2 minutes! If you want to garnish yours with these adorable chocolate tennis balls, we bought ours here (they're filled with caramel and are delicious).
Ingredients
For the strawberry purée
- 4
large strawberries
- 1 Tbsp.
granulated sugar
For the cocktail
- 50 ml
white rum
- 30 ml
strawberry purée
- 30 ml
double cream
chocolate tennis balls (to garnish, optional)
Directions
- Step 1Make the strawberry purée by blending the strawberries and sugar together until smooth.
- Step 2In a cocktail shaker, add in all of your ingredients, as well as plenty of ice.
- Step 3Shake hard until the cocktail shaker is frosted on the outside.
- Step 4Strain into a coupe or tumbler and garnish with edible tennis balls or a strawberry, if you like.
GH TIPS:
If you like yours on the sweeter side, add in 50ml of strawberry puree.
You can easily substitute the strawberry with another fruit of choice. Fresh peaches or raspberries would be equally as delicious.
If you don't want ice shards in your drink, you can double strain using a small mesh sieve.
One of our most unique Wimbledon recipes is a Wimbledon-inspired salad which uses Pimm's in the dressing! It really works.
