You’ve had an Aperol spritz and you’ve had a dirty martini… but a dirty Aperol?! It’s your next favourite summer drink, we guarantee.
Aperol spritz gets a hit of brine and a garnish of olives, for a green and orange drink that will 🤯.

Ingredients
- 90 ml
chilled Prosecco
- 60 ml
Aperol
- 30 ml
soda water
- 25 ml
olive brine
To serve
Ice cubes
Olives
Cocktail stick
Directions
- Step 1Fill a large glass with ice. Pour in Prosecco, followed by the Aperol, soda water and brine. Stir.
- Step 2Garnish with olives on a cocktail stick, if you like.
This would also work with pickled jalapeños, for a spicy kick, in place of the olives.
