Our air fryer lamb chops recipe means dinner on the table in 11 mins
Succulent and juicy – our air fryer lamb chops are ready in a flash

Our succulent lamb chops are cooked in peppery olive oil and fragrant garlic for a very speedy lunch or dinner option.
This versatile cut of meat can be served with anything you fancy!
Ingredients
- 2 tsp.
olive oil
- 1
garlic clove, crushed
- 4
lamb chops
Directions
- Step 1Preheat air fryer to 200°C. In a medium bowl, mix the oil, garlic and plenty of seasoning. Add the lamb chops and mix to coat.
- Step 2Add the lamb to the air fryer basket and cook for 6min, turning over halfway. Serve.
We’ve cooked our lamb to medium-rare. For medium, cook for 8min in total (turning over halfway) and 10min for well-done.
We’ve served ours with a mint, apple and pistachio couscous for a lighter and more summery take on lamb chops, but you could also serve them with roast potatoes (which can also be made in the air fryer) and gravy as your Sunday roast.
Try rubbing your lamb chops in curry paste or Bharat spice mix for a different twist on flavours. Cut the meat off the bone and then serve with a herby yogurt and pittas or flatbreads for a Middle Eastern vibe.
