Meatballs are speedily cooked in your air fryer for a simple and low-ingredient meal.
A mixture of pork and beef mince are chilled for 30min to firm up, before adding to your air fryer and cooked in 10min to serve with your choice of accompaniments.

- 150 g
pork mince
- 100 g
beef mince
- 1
medium egg
- 50 g
fresh breadcrumbs
- 1
garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp.
Italian herb seasoning

We’ve gone traditional with our meatballs and served them with spaghetti and tomato sauce, but you could also have them in a bread roll with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella – Italian sub-style!
If you fancy something other than Italian flavours, then our feta and herby pickle meatballs are delicious.
Italian herb seasoning (a mixture of oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary and marjoram) flavours these meatballs beautifully, but you could also try adding harissa, shawarma paste or any other spice/herb mixtures and combinations you fancy in place of the Italian herb mix. Miso is also a great addition to your meatballs for an instant hit of umami!
You can alter the ratio of pork to beef mince, if you’re a fan of one over the other – just keep the total weight the same.
