For a wintry take on these sausages, serve with mashed potato (with a grated cheese of your choice folded through for extra decadence), seasonal veg and an onion gravy.
Try tossing your cooked sausages with honey and mustard or honey and sriracha (for a spicy twist) and serve with roast new potatoes and salad for mock-BBQ vibes.
If you don’t fancy traditional frankfurters in this hot dog recipe, then sub them out for these pork sausages instead.
What about different types of sausages?
Sure, why not! Just bear in mind that chipolatas will take less time, so check after 10min and judge accordingly.
Pork and apple sausages are always a delight, and delicious when served with celeriac mash and kale.
Veggie sausages are also delicious when done in the air fryer. Timings will vary, depending on your choice of veggie sausage.
