Posh Nachos Recipe
Forget soggy tortilla chips, this is the only version of nachos we want to eat.

We’ve given the beloved cinema snack a boujee makeover using posh crisps, Parma ham, rich burrata and truffle honey. More of an assembly job than a recipe, think of these nachos like a fancy sharing charcuterie board. They’re perfect for a laidback dinner party starter, or as part of a canapé and cocktail spread. If you don't feel like hosting, simply enjoy on a cosy night in with a glass of fizz. If you aren’t a fan of any of the elements, swap them out, see our tip below.
Ingredients

- 150g (depending on pack size) good-quality crisps, we used Kettle Chips Lightly Salted
- 50 g
Parma ham
- 50 g
large pitted green olives, quartered
- 125 g
burrata, drained weight
- 2 Tbsp.
chilli jam
- 1 Tbsp.
truffle honey
Directions
- Step 1Arrange the crisps on a large board or serving platter. Cut the Parma ham into thinner, shorter strips and drape on top of the crisps.
- Step 2Scatter over the olives and tear over the burrata.
- Step 3Dollop over the chilli jam, then finish with a drizzle of honey.
TIP
Grapes, shaved hard cheeses, such as Parmesan or Comté, and red onion chutney would all also work well.
