Easy garlic breadsticks

Ingredients
- 1 x Homebake baguette
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- Coarse sea salt, to sprinkle
Directions
- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (180 °C fan oven) mark 6. Take one Tesco Homebake half Baguette reserving the second cut for future use. Cut the baguette lengthways into three, then place each slice flat and cut in half lengthways to create six breadsticks. Arrange the sticks on a baking sheet. Mix one crushed garlic clove with 5tbsp olive oil and spread this over the cut sides of the breadsticks. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and bake for 15-20min until crisp and golden brown. Serve the breadsticks warm or cold with the soup.
