Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the green beans and kale to the water and simmer gently for 3-4min until tender. Strain and set aside.
Heat the butter in a pan and add the courgettes. Fry for 5min until golden and tender. Stir in the beans, kale and lemon zest. Heat through for 1min. Sprinkle the herbs over, season the mixture and serve with the fish and potatoes.
