We’ve added peaches to this Tuscan-inspired dish for a hint of seasonal sweetness. This recipe also makes good very ripe tomatoes and stale bread, but you can use fresh ciabatta too, if needed.
This fruity salad would be delicious enjoyed alfresco on a warm day!

peaches or nectarines, destoned and each cut into 8 wedges
