Spring and summer call for deliciously refreshing and light drinks and this cucumber, mint and elderflower mocktail will certainly hit the spot.
This recipe is a very British culmination of flavours - combining zesty lime and mint, refreshing cucumber and sweet elderflower cordial with soda water for a special drink for those looking to cut down on their alcohol intake. It tastes delicious and doesn't compromise in flavour or texture.
Making this easy mocktail will be the most refreshing mocktail you’ll drink all summer and would make a perfect addition to any Coronation street parties you might be attending.
