Ingredients
300g
linguine
1Tbsp.
olive oil
2
garlic cloves, finely sliced
200g
mixed white and brown fresh crab meat, we used Seafood & Eat It Fifty Fifty Crab
1/2tsp.
dried chilli flakes
Juice 1 lemon
Large handful parsley, leaves picked and roughly chopped
Directions
Step 1Cook pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water according to pack instructions.
Step 2Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and fry the garlic for 2min, until fragrant. Add the crab meat and chilli flakes and fry for 2min, stirring gently.
Step 3Drain pasta and add to pan with the lemon juice, parsley and some seasoning. Toss well to coat pasta, then divide between 4 plates or bowls and serve.
