These roast potatoes weren't as golden brown as we would have liked but they had a deliciously nostalgic salty, hot chip aroma. They have a gentle potato flavour with a touch of salt but no other distinctive flavours came through. The inside was dry and claggy.

These potatoes had a well-cooked, golden appearance and a warming roast potato aroma. The centres were soft and fluffy but could have been crisper and had more seasoning.

Crispy, golden brown pieces of potato with added potato flakes for added crunch. They had a surprisingly creamy, sweet taste and the texture was crisp and fluffy but too dense for some.

Lightly golden brown pieces with a very mild potato aroma. The flavour is gently sweet and spiced, and although they're not very crisp in the outside, they do have a nice soft texture in the middle. We recommend a little longer in the oven then stated for that perfect golden spud.

Very light in colour with an aroma that reminded testers of a Yorkshire pudding. Unfortunately, we found these roast potatoes tasted rather bland, with unusual eggy aroma and soft but dry texture.
