Designed initially for dieters, new food range Tasty Little Numbers uses whole numbers for calories and that means totting up your daily total is a lot easier. The GHI investigates.

The 200 calorie meal snack pots (all made with British meat) were ready to eat in 100 seconds, are all produced without additives or preservatives and are suprisingly tasty.

What we liked so much about Tasty Little Numbers was the way the range works with any diet. With such a wide selection of savoury and sweet treats, there really is something for everyone. If you’re following a Weight Watchers plan then each 100 calorie snack is worth 3 Pro Points. For Slimming World it's 5 Syns per snack.

We found that the secret to these ready meals is the size; these smaller portioned meals are great for those that want a warm filling meal without the guilt. A good size for lunch, the smaller portions were just enough and meant we could even enjoy a sweet treat later on without worrying about over indulging.

The range starts from £12 for bulk purchases available from tastylittlenumbers.com
