Chocolate and gin are two of our favourite things. So we were thrilled to hear top luxury brands, Sipsmith and Charbonnel et Walker, have paired up to make gin truffles.

In a true match made in heaven, the two brands have created the boozy chocolate using the gin brand’s award winning London Dry Gin.

Costing £13.95 a box (£12.50 via John Lewis!), the dark chocolate truffles have a tasty centre of white chocolate, cream, gin and natural juniper and are dusted in icing sugar. Sounds divine...

But this isn't the first gin sweet treat to be invented, the juniper-based spirit is certainly inspiring many at the moment. We recently found out about the invention of gin fudge, gin cheesecake and gin jam!

Well, we aren’t complaining… any excuse to consume our favourite tipple.
