A healthy, filling breakfast is the best way to start your day - and for plenty of Brits, it's now the best way to finish it as well.
According to new research by Cancer Research UK, a third of us are eating breakfast foods at dinner time at least once a week.
The rising popularity of breakfast foods for dinner has even spawned it's own word - 'brinner'.

The top 'brinner' choices of those surveyed were eggs (35 per cent), toast (33 per cent) and a bacon sandwich (28 per cent).
However, more than a quarter of Brits (26 per cent) said they had eaten cereal for their evening meal, which sounds a tad dull! We recommend these delicious recipes instead:
Avocado and poached egg on toast
With a combination of healthy fats and proteins, this is a breakfast winner that's also quick and filling at dinner time.
Sometimes, only a bacon sandwich will do. This one features hummus and rocket for extra flavour.
A middle eastern morning dish that will add spice to your evening meal.
Not all baked beans come from a tin, you know! Whip this up in the evening and you're bound to stay full until bedtime.
Containing curried rice and flaked fish, kedgeree is equally at home on the dinner table as the breakfast bar.
Try this super-simple meal (with a posh twist) for a tasty after-work meal.
Cancer Research conducted the survey as part of its Britain's Biggest Breakfast campaign.
