Wave goodbye to potato peeling marathons and take a look at this amazing time-saving trick.

Here’s how it’s done:
1. Using a sharp knife, make a slice around the middle of the potato that just goes deep enough to cut the skin.
2. Put the potato straight into the pan ready to boil and repeat with the rest.
3. Boil the potatoes as normal.
4. Once cooked, drain the hot potato water into another pan and fill the original pan with cold water to cool the potatoes.
5. Take each potato and simply peel away the skin, one half at a time, from the knife cut.
6. To reheat the potatoes if they're too cool, put back in the hot water.
