Pink gin lovers have yet another treat to try from the list of creations inspired by their favourite tipple, as Asda has just launched Pink Gin Cheesecakes.

The classic biscuit base is topped with a pink gin flavoured cheesecake mix, and sweetened with swirls of raspberry sauce. Promising to capture the fruity, botanical flavours of pink gin in a decadent and indulgent dessert, it sounds like a winning combination.

The creamy and perfectly pink slices are ideal for sharing, and cost just £2 for a pack of two.
