KitchenAid, the iconic brand behind the beautiful and functional stand mixers (and the winner in our Good Housekeeping Institute expert tests) has launched a brand new KitchenAid Cast Iron Collection and we are absolutely in love!
The gorgeous new range features five chic colourways which are available in a range of sizes, too. It's the perfect combination of durability, style and performance.
Available in the KitchenAid iconic Empire Red, Onyx Black and Almond Cream to complement every kitchen décor scheme.
The Covered Round Casserole, which is available in a 22cm (3.3L) and 26cm (5.2L) is also available exclusively in a gorgeous pastel green hue called Pistachio and a soft pink colour called Dried Rose.
The pots are made of high-quality enamelled cast iron, which is famed for its ability to maintain and hold heat extremely well, no matter what type of heat source you're using.
It's suitable for use on all hob types, including induction, and is oven safe up to 260°C. It's the perfect new pot for all your searing, browning, frying, slow cooking and long simmering.
Designed with elegant details such as a stainless-steel lid knob, as well as ergonomic handles for a secure grip and easy transportation from the kitchen to the table. We recently tried one, and noticed the handles and knob get quite hot when in use on the hob, so take caution and use a tea towel or pot holder before grabbing!
You can even use metal utensils safe for intensive daily use and when it's time to clean up, the collection is easy to clean thanks to the enamel interior and exterior.
The new Cast Iron Collection is available in three sizes:
- Covered Round Casserole 22cm - 3.3L RRP £160
- Covered Round Casserole 26cm - 5.2L RRP £200
- Covered Oval Casserole 30cm - 5.6L RRP £220
The full range will be available to purchase from hartsofstur.com from the 1st September.
