We're always on the hunt for new gin flavours to try and the latest innovation that's caught our eye is Zesty Spirits' Jaffa Cake Passion Fruit Gin!
Following the success of the original Jaffa Cake Gin, Zesty Spirits has launched this latest bottle as a treat for fans who love a tropical taste. It's "distilled with fresh passion fruit, orange peel, cocoa powder, and real-life no-fooling Jaffa Cakes."
We think this gin will be ideal as a tropical tipple enjoyed in the garden. For serving, the brand suggests incorporating the new spirit into a Passion Fruit Martini:
Jaffa Cake Passion Fruit Gin Martini
Ingredients (Serves 2):
2 ripe passion fruits, halved- 60ml Passion Fruit Jaffa Cake Gin
- 30ml passoa
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- Prosecco, to serve
Method:
- Scoop out the centre of one of the passionfruit, add to a shaker filled with ice.
- Add all other ingredients to the shaker (excluding Prosecco).
- Shake well and serve into two chilled martini glasses then top with Prosecco.
- Place half a passionfruit on top for garnish.
