Gino D'Acampo blessed our Instagram feeds this week with a clip we never would have expected but absolutely love.

The celebrity chef shared a video of himself cosied up for an afternoon nap, sharing the bed with fellow chef Gordon Ramsay. The pair are filming another series of Gordon, Gino and Fred's Road Trip, and number three, First Dates' Fred Sirieix, was quick to disturb their peace when feeling left out.

Filming the clip, Fred asks;"Is there room for me here?"

Despite the instant protestations of his co-stars he joked: "I want to go in the middle."

From the sounds of their grumbles and exasperated; "Fred!", Gordon and Gino certainly didn't look impressed with the interruption. But it seems they can laugh about it now, with Gino sharing the clip and playfully captioning it;"When you’re trying to have a nap with @gordongram, and the French man @fred_sirieix ruins the moment #GordonGinoandFred"

This series of Gordon, Gino and Fred's Road Trip is through Europe and we imagine the filming schedule is quite intense. We certainly wouldn't want to be woken from our nap either!

Snoozing away in their shorts and t-shirts they look just like little boys who've been out playing in the sun too long. Though if the past series is anything to go by... that's exactly what they are!
