M&S' Easter bunny crumpets are just too cute. We predict they'll be a customer favourite so you better act fast to get your paws on them!

Sharing a snap of the festive crumpets to Instagram, the treats wracked up over 12,000 likes. The supermarket captioned the photo: "🐰 Hop to it: our fluffy Easter bunny crumpets have just landed in store. 🐰 Pick up these adorable breakfast goodies now."

But we have an objection to the retailer's caption...

Crumpets are definitely an all day snack and not just a breakfast goodie. Everyone knows they're perfect for elevenses, for after school energy boosts, or for those rumbles of hunger post dinner time when you just need a little something something.

The brand suggests the toasty bunny bakes as a hot cross bun alternative, saying in the press release: "For the perfect alternative to a Hot Cross Bun…why not give our light and fluffy new bunny-shaped crumpets a go?"

But we're pretty keen to tuck in to both!
