And we can't understand why no one's done it before?

The limited edition tins of tastiness are launching for Easter and appropriately feature an adorable bunny on the label. They'll be available to buy in Tesco from 17 March so not too long to wait.

Just like the classic tins, this new addition is made in the companies Devon Creamery, using West Country milk. Adding the flavours of smooth chocolate and zesty orange to the creamy custard is an indulgent move that's sure to delight.

The new flavour is following in the footsteps of the brand's recently launched chocolate custard which went down a storm.

Whether you like your pudding drizzled with custard or swimming in the stuff, this new flavoursome launch is sure to liven things up.

True custard aficionados will know the beauty of a stand alone bowl of custard, letting it take centre stage. And we think this limited edition treat might just be the star of the show.

No word yet on how long it will be around for, but it wouldn't be the first time popularity causes a limited edition to gain a permanent spot. So here's hoping!

New Ambrosia Chocolate Orange Custard will be available in Tesco from 17 March at a RRP of £1.19.
