Forget your typical deliveries of flowers and chocolates, gift hampers and more. This year, we're all about Valentine's Day doughnuts. Because who doesn't love doughnuts on Valentine's Day?
New for 2021, Krispy Kreme has launched a collection of Valentine's Day doughnuts in partnership with sweets retailer, Swizzels to make Love Heart-themed doughnuts. The new limited-edition doughnuts feature a heart-shaped design, and come in a variety of delicious-tasting flavours (how does a sherbet kreme filling sound?).
The full line-up of Valentine's doughnuts include:
- Green (£2.25) – Chocolate kreme filling, topped with a green colour icing and a Love Hearts phrase.
- Pink (£2.25) – Strawberry and sherbet kreme filling, topped with strawberry flavour icing and a Love Hearts phrase.
- Yellow (£2.25) - Lemon and sherbet kreme filling, topped with lemon flavour icing and a Love Hearts phrase.
- Purple (£2.25) – Sherbet kreme filling, topped with a purple sherbet icing and a Love Hearts phrase.
And get this... you can even customise your own messages.
On top of this, the doughnut retailer has launched a Valentine's Creation Kit. The kit comes complete with two Heart-Shaped Doughnuts (with a sherbet kreme filling), and two Original Glazed Doughnuts, along with colourful toppings and icings.
