In welcome news, Walkers has brought back Prawn Cocktail and Salt & Vinegar flavours of Quavers. The nineties classics have been gone for almost a decade.

For those of you who don't remember their glory, the tangy Prawn Cocktail, and sharp and sweet Salt and Vinegar flavours will be delivered on the same curly crunchy melt in the mouth snack as the classic cheesey variety.

If you can't wait to get your hands on this blast from the past, they've just hit supermarket shelves, and are available in grab bags, share bags and multipacks.

The brand asked fans on Twitter which flavour they’d like to see back on shelves and there were over 190,000 votes and thousands of comments in just four days. There was only one thing for it... both had to be reinstated.

Will Robinson at Walkers said in the press release: "After being inundated with requests, tweets and petitions over the years, we know just how excited everyone is going to be to try these legendary flavours again. Following a challenging 2020, I’m sure we could all benefit from a moment of Quavers floaty light enjoyment, and I’m personally looking forward to snacking like it’s the nineties again!"

Quavers Prawn Cocktail and Salt & Vinegar flavours are available as a Grab Bags (RRP 85p), Multipacks of six (RRP £1.50), and Sharing Bags (RRP £1.00) at supermarkets & convenience stores nationwide.
